Hey everyone,
We just put up Robert and Sonya’s Engagement Session. They are an awesome couple who asked us to shoot their wedding!! Last Friday we took them over to UTB campus and just had a blast. We even made sure that random people came by to give us cookies during the shoot. Not really, but it did happen. We can’t wait for the wedding in Corpus!!

Hello World! Happy New Year!
No we have not moved away, but are moving to a new place here in Harlingen. And yes, we are still taking pictures and are keeping very busy!

I cannot believe how many people have already put up their lights….or maybe they have had them up since last year, but they are just now flipping the switch on.
JJ and I are not ready for Christmas to be here! I want to freeze time for a while! Colin and Carter are just growing too fast. Colin will be 7 months at Christmas. He will most likely be crawling. He decided to sit up all alone yesterday when we were taking his picture with our new awesome red backdrop. Now, he is a pro at sitting up. He is always so happy and sweet! We have to drop his crib down to the next level this weekend….he is getting up on all fours and rocking…..I’m not ready!!!! Colin is also now eating baby rice cereal, oatmeal and now peas. He loves to chew on the spoon.

My husband has been begging me to post entry on the blog for weeks now. We have just been so busy and I have not made it a priority. I have been swamped with orders, getting pictures on the web and sick family members.
We are pretty much booked for the rest of the year minus a few Studio Day Special slots. We will start taking Graduate pictures in December, but not until all my Christmas orders in and complete.
The Christmas cards are going to be awesome this year! We just got more template options.
Since Carter’s school fundraiser/festivial has been cancled on Saturday, we are going to spend the afternoon working on our site and getting all the card options up.
We will be adding a shopping area to our site with lots of goodies. I can’t wait until we get it done. JJ and I have so many ideas and dreams, we just don’t seem to have the time to get them finished. I hope we finish before someone else does what we are wanting and it looks like we are copying them. That seems to be the pattern. I think of a good idea and the next thing I know, someone else is doing it. Someone must be stealing my thoughts…haha.
We just took pictures last night for a clothing line called Heavenly Wear. We are excited that we will be doing pictures for the website, that will be up and running soon. We love the owner Kimberly Brown along with her designs. The quality of the clothes are excellent! I hope to make some Christmas cards and birth announcements using her art work….. we will see. I cannot wait for the next shoot…..my head is swirling with ideas….this shoot was so rushed…..I am ready for the next one!
Well, I better get to work on the shoots that need to be put up.
Tomorrow, I will be calling about renting some studio space. My house is too small.

I just wanted to thank you again for taking pictures of the girls today/night. They really enjoyed being around you and JJ. We also enjoyed Lee and Linda helping out. As we turned to get on the expressway to Raymondville, Olivia threw a little fit because she wanted to go to your house and play w/ Ms. Lindsey and Mr. JJ. When we got to Raymondville the girls showed Dane and his parents all the poses they did for the pictures. It was too cute. Have a great weekend and I’ll talk to you soon.

I am now taking appointments for pumpkin patch pictures at the Methodist Church for Monday the 13th from 5-7pm and Tuesday the 14th at 10-11:30am and 4-7pm. Sorry it took so long to do the drawing. We were going to do it last night when Ms. Edna, our babysitter was here and take pictures, but we forgot. And we did not want to take pictures tonight since we are in our p.j.’s. We could not do it earlier because we had sick kids to take care of. So, here it is….with out the photos….but a least it is done.
Thank you all so much for all your support. We will be updating the site by the end of the week with all the suggestions,the problems we knew needed to be fixed and we will be adding the galleries.
